The World Health Organization (WHO) recently released a 99-page document detailing the technical specifications and global implementation guidance for COVID-19 vaccine certificates, courtesy of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation—among others. The document’s cover page features an eerie illustration that almost resembles an advertisement for the Internet of Things. Hilariously, the WHO claims that “the funding bodies have not influenced the content of this document.” This is, of course, an outright lie; we can be certain that the funding bodies hold a huge stake in this plan. Globalist elites like Bill Gates, as well as globalist institutions like the World Economic Forum, have their fingerprints all over this plan to implement vaccine certificates worldwide.

This amazingly Orwellian and sinister document starts out with a glossary detailing a variety of technical terminology used throughout, including creepy terms such as “data subject,” “health certificate identifier,” and “subject of care.” It features an Executive Summary that proclaims the following:

This statement should ring alarm bells for anyone who reads it. Essentially, the powers behind this effort want to extend the proof of vaccination to be utilized in all aspects of life. Another alarming statement in the Executive Summary goes as follows:

This is a clear indicator that the WHO and their globalist collaborators plan to extend this certification to include possibly every other vaccine in existence. Essentially, it looks like they want every man, woman, and child to be injected with an endless array of toxic vaccines that they can dictate at will, just to enable access to travel and various other basic services. Not good.

 The document describes two use case scenarios for a vaccine certificate:

1. Continuity of care: This would be the primary purpose of a vaccine certificate, in order to support informed decision-making on future health service provisions, based upon an individual’s vaccination record.
2. Proof of vaccination: An individual’s vaccination status could be extended for use in scenarios unrelated to health care.

These use case scenarios will highly depend upon the digital maturity—in essence, the technological development—and the local context of the country in which they are being implemented. The guiding document is aimed at a target audience of “national authorities tasked with creating or overseeing the development of a digital vaccination certificate solution for COVID-19.”

A digital vaccine certification would be the precursor to vaccine passports, which would replace the current passport system for international travel. There is no doubt that the globalist elites want to implement digital vaccine certifications as fast as possible before news of widespread deaths and adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccine become mainstream public knowledge.

The WHO does go on to discuss a number of ethical concerns with regards to the vaccine certificate, yet this portion of the document isn’t particularly convincing, as the very nature of a vaccine certificate itself—or even a vaccine passport, for that matter—is entirely unlawful and unethical by default. Nevertheless, the rest of the document is highly technical, redundant, and tedious, laying out explicit features and technical descriptions of various vaccine certificate use cases and parameters. Feel free to read through the entire 99 pages for yourself to get an idea of how carefully these globalist entities have this planned out.

Regardless of the direction in which globalist organizations appear to be going with regard to vaccine certificates, the very concept itself is highly unethical and a gross violation of basic human rights. The problem, of course, is that even forcing someone to wear a mask is already a highly unethical and gross violation of basic human rights—yet the vast majority of people are readily complying with mask mandates all over the world, with little to no resistance. So what’s stopping the majority of people from continuing to comply when the globalists decide to take things a step further?

Nevertheless, even Harvard Medical School professor Martin Kulldorf heavily criticized the idea of vaccine passports on Twitter. Kulldorf tweeted:

He cited an Israeli study that found vaccinated people to actually be at a much higher risk of developing COVID-19 than the unvaccinated. This, of course, shouldn’t necessarily come as a surprise to anyone who’s actually paying attention.

Authorities around the world have been ignoring the evidence in favor of natural immunity, instead preferring vaccine-based immunity for the population. French President Emmanuel Macron first announced mandatory vaccine passports in July 2021. Public venues with a capacity of more than 15 people, such as movie theaters and concert halls, have been requiring a COVID-19 health pass to gain entry. Additionally, the health pass has been mandated for long-distance travel via air, bus, or train.

Italian officials also instituted something similar on August 6, called the Green Pass, which is required at various public establishments including sports stadiums, restaurants, and movie theaters. The Green Pass was also expanded to include travel on trains, airplanes, and ships beginning on September 1. This expansion highlights the limitless tyrannical capability of such a health pass, which basically locks out unvaccinated people from being able to participate in many key areas of society. Authorities can keep expanding the requirements at will until unvaccinated individuals are completely locked out from participating in society altogether. In such a ridiculous system, how exactly would an unvaccinated person go about buying food from a grocery store?

Meanwhile, key cities around the US have also begun mandating COVID-19 vaccines for public places, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York. San Francisco was the first city in the US to enact a mandate requiring full vaccination for places such as bars and restaurants. However, at least 20 states have banned vaccine mandates, which is somewhat encouraging—although I’m not necessarily counting on the government to enact legislation to ban something that is already discriminatory, heinous, and cruel to begin with.

Why would politicians so blatantly ignore the science and push for widespread vaccination, which is completely anti-scientific? It’s simply because vaccines are useless toxic garbage that don’t serve any purpose whatsoever other than depopulation. The globalist elites who are orchestrating the push for widespread COVID-19 vaccination haven’t exactly made it a secret that they wish to depopulate the Earth; they are eugenicists, after all. In fact, Bill Gates himself admitted in a 2010 TED Talk that vaccines could be used to reduce the population.

The mainstream media will no doubt try to market vaccine passports as a “good” thing in some way or another. They will try to spin it in a manner that appeals to people’s fear of death and desire for safety. However, a vaccine passport neither protects you from death nor does it make you safe—it forces you to inject a deadly cocktail of poisons from a corrupt entity that literally profits from your sickness. If you think something like that should be a prerequisite for travel or participation in society moving forward, you might want to take a look at thousands of years of recorded human history—and perhaps also get your mental health checked out.

The release of the WHO’s guiding document, as well as the general push for vaccine certificates and passports overall, is even more absurd in light of the numerous adverse reactions and deaths that have been reported thus far for the COVID-19 vaccine. In the US alone, 650,075 reports have been submitted to the VAERS database as of August 23, 2021, including 13,911 deaths.

The vaccine certificate is just one component of a global plan to tie together an individual’s vaccine status, financial records, and biometric identity. This would give the State total control of everyone’s finances and behavior, as part of a social credit score system similar to that being used in China. Don’t forget that Microsoft, the company co-founded by Bill Gates himself, filed a patent application in 2020 for a cryptocurrency system using body activity data—literally at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s not exactly a coincidence.

Let’s also not forget that this entire charade was kicked off with Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise hosted by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, along with its partners, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum, in New York City on October 18, 2019. This was right before the first cases of COVID-19 showed up in Wuhan, China. Again, not a coincidence. Still think these people don’t have this all planned out? They are literally mocking the general public.

To get a better idea of how globalist elites like Bill Gates operate, just follow the money. In 2020 alone, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation committed $5.822 billion in direct grantee support, with most of it going towards Global Development and Global Health. This included $220 million for vaccine development. Another reason why the WHO’s claims that its funders weren’t involved in the preparation of the guiding document is thoroughly laughable.

If you are concerned about the prospect of vaccine passports being instituted worldwide—and you should be—then you need to alert everyone you possibly can to this danger looming on the horizon. Mass non-compliance is the only way to prevent the tyrannical dystopia of a society centered around vaccine passports. Even if vaccines were effective—which they aren’t—vaccines aren’t a one-size-fits-all approach. No pharmaceutical drug or medical intervention is a one-size-fits-all approach; to assume so is pure insanity. This gross overreach of governmental powers simply cannot be tolerated, and it must not be allowed to proceed. We need to shut it down now.
